Its true but that’s effective only if you don’t use any type of makeup. If you use makeup and then wash face with cold water only, any makeup residue will fill your pore and close so your skin might break out.

So when removing makeup I should wash my face with warm water instead? I usually don’t even use a makeup remover. I simple use my cleanser to wash off the makeup. I am not sure if that’s the right thing to do or not
