Lara or Sachin? Who is the better Match Winner?

Sachin beter beter beter best! that all. all chup ho ja!

Sachin bestest but Lara bestester.

chew on that now.

Why ithna jalus ho gaya sub log? theek hein, rho muth...Lara beter, ok? ab so ja bachay log!

Asif_k, you don't get it bro.
You asked me for 4th inning totals in which Sachin has won matches.
Please feel free to post them anytime you prefer.
The fact is that Sachin is a better batsman as far as talent and class in concerned but when it comes to match winning performance, Lara is way above Sachin.
I am not saying Tendulkar isn't a match winner, which he clearly is ala March 1, 2003. But Lara gets the credit of being a better match winner.
He has rescued his team out of trouble on so many occasions, while Tendulkar comes in scores a stylish hundred while chasing 400 runs and gets out and leaves all the burden on the likes of Dravid. While Lara has no one but himself to rescue his team till recently with the likes of Sarwan and Chanderpaul emerging.

I already posted it and gave you the logic (basically explained your own logic to you) as well. :) now go ahead and read my old post.

Contradicting your own logic, no ?? Did Sachin Score the winning runs ? When he got out India still needed lot of runs, and according to you Sachin must stay not out to be a match winner.

Once you again you are talking crap and dont know sh!t. Please tell me when did Lara ever successfully chased 400 ?? Last time they needed 418 runs he got out on 60 and even Chanderpaul and Sarwan who scored centuries were out before hitting the winning runs. all of them left drakes and banks to score the remaining runs. Infact it was Banks who hit the winning runs and he must be a better match winner than Lara, Chanderpaul and Sarwan who scored 60,104 and 105 because he was NOT OUT. Weird logic.

Umair316 - If you think Lara is a better match winner , I dont agree with your view but respect your opinion and In my opinion Sachin is a match winner and is at par with Lara.

Asif bhai you have yet to post Sachin’s good knock in 4th inning while INdia winning.
I’m waiting :o:

He didn't score the winning runs but he did score a good 98 while Sachin does not have a single 50+ in a 4th inning total while India winning, which I am still waiting for btw.

Who said you have to stay not at the end of the inning to be a match winner, all I am asking for is a decent 50+ in a 4th inning total while chasing. Which Lara had on 3 different occaisions, and one of those was a 151 against Australia.

I'm still waiting for Sachin's 4th inning 50+ knock.

Keep Waiting because the link is already there for you to find out how many times he was not out in the fourth innings of a game when India won.

Sachin is a match winner and will remain one regardless of what you think.

I'm still waiting, you have yet to post a 50+ score in 4th inning totals, if there is one please do so. :)

Same old story, can't you two cool it for once.
