http://www.studyquran.co.uk (go to project root list) … I think the underlying source for the data is the same site as posted by USR.

There are other links to Arabic lessons for beginners as well so if one sincerely wants to learn, there is no holding him/her back. Ignorance is not an option in Islam. It is your duty to learn!
