it actually exists as 3 separate adjacent plots within 5 minutes walking distance.
I have some land in Pakistan about 200km south west of Lahore.
I reside in Glasgow and bought the land about 20 years ago and would like to sell it as my children are not too keen an me owning property in other countries.
The land was bought twenty years ago and is thought to be worth at least £127,000.
It comprises 3 plots within 5 minutes walking distance totalling 27 acres and is primarily farmland with some mango trees and with cotton and wheat as the primary harvast and is looked after by a tenant farmer who pays rent twice a year .The tenant does not have a fixed lease and merely farms from year to year.
The payment and transaction would however have to be in pound sterling in the U.K.
The exact location of the land is about 1/2 a mile from the village of distt Sahiwal which itself is about 20 miles from the town of Sahiwal which in turn is about 200 miles south west of the city of Lahore.
As everyone knows everyone else in the village it wont be a problem finding it.

Well the reason is that the Government will not allow export of foreign currency
like pound sterling.
and rupees are worthless and prone to hyper inflation.
£126999 would be paid in the uk.
the land would be sold for £1 in Pakistan.
This is normal practice for example when selling a loss making business
to another businessman.
