Lamb stew

Did anyone try it? Its really quite yummy and very easy to cook (except onion cutting)!.

Lamb leg meat 1 kg (with bones)
Onion 1 kg (sliced)
Yougurt 200 grams
Corriander whole 2 tablespoon
Sabut lal mirch 10 (pierce them)
Gram masla sabut (long, kali mirch, bari illachi)
Ginger 20 grams - sliced
Garlic about 10-15 cloves
Salt
Oil one cup

Cook on low heat all the stuff till meat is tender and onion is fully cooked.

Isn't 1 cup oil too much oil?

I will try it out with chicken, I don't buy lamb....:)

But then you have to cook the all the stuff first except chicken othewise the onion will remian uncooked.

Or you can use boiling chicken as it takes long time to get tenderized.
