lamb chops

How should i prepare these? i had tasty ones at Kareems in Manchester…

im using for the marinade: yoghurt, ginger, chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala and lemon…

I read in a recipe here that u can prepare it in a large pan with 1/4th cup oil and 1/4th cup water, on low heat for about 1-1.5 hours???

please suggest what to do?!

I make lamb chops in a frying pan over a low heat. Heres what I do:

Marinade chops in yogurt, garlic, ginger, salt, small amount of cumin, black pepper, chilli powder, lemon juice and a dash of White vinegar.

Slice onions, heat a small amount of oil in a large frying. Place half the onions in pan, add lamb chops on top, and top with remaining onions. Add some capsicum rings, cover with tight fitting lid and cook on low heat for about an hour and the onions at the bottom of the pan have caramelised.
