So he conquered it and then changed the system. And by this you mean that his sole purpose was conquering and that changing the system resulted from his conquering. Congratulations you've put the Prophet on par with Alexander, Gengez and others...
Which is, of course, completely wrong. He conquered to change the system of the land. And he tried his very best to change the system of the land with peaceful means during the Meccan Period.
As far as smashing up idols is concerned, did Ibrahim not smash the idols and challenge the system of the land while he was still in his homeland?
and does Allah not say in the Quran..
