Despite military's request, media refused a move away from battle ground, reporter babbles. They were approached 7 times by the military and they refused.
Now, in America, they'd be forced to move and the US is a far more democratic country. Media is getting a lot of leeway in Pakistan/Islamabod.

Pakistani news media are very naive; they are playing in the hands of these criminals and giving them a platform further emboldening them. They are undermining the efforts of the State to negotiate with these criminals and effect a peaceful surrender. If these criminals have a platform to voice their position, they have no incentive to surrender; they will continue to spread their propaganda and weave their myth and lore for future idiots.
