dumo, the only thing that doesn't work int he rain (taht too partially) is tear gas. Bullets dont care. Bombs dont care eitehr
sir bullets do work but aiming is definitely a big problem as night vision devices tend to get useless in rains so there is definitely aiming problem

Haris one side question
The papers are writing him as lieutenant General RETD but in earth quake days he was a major general and i do not suppose he was promoted afterwards and if he was promoted why did he immediately retired.

I was also thinking of this exact thing!
At the end of 2005 as head of the Rescue & Relief operations he was a Maj Gen, after that as the media hype reduced he was out of the scene and in summer 2007 some 1.5 yrs later he’s a retired officer, still in charge of the Rescue & Relief Commission but being called a Lt Gen. I think it’s not possible, and as we think of it, the only explanation seems to be that some reports, news must have carried his rank wrong as Lt Gen Retd instead of Maj Gen Retd. Because had he been promoted to Lt Gen he would have not retired by now and would have been heading some other assignment right now.

I just got a pedicure and then proceeded to watch the Live Earth concerts on TV. Man, I love these type of concerts.

Ghazi_Number_Two wants a judicial committee to investigate the whole matter until he is arrested, and in the meantime wants amnesty and safe passage.
Yeah, this is the same guy who only two weeks ago declared that he DOESN'T recognize judiciary of Pakistan because it doesn't represent Shariah and that democracy gives too much power to majority who may want a 'non Islamic' system so democracy is not for Pakistan... something his pal Qazi Hussein Ahmed was giving passionate fake speeches about yesterday in London.....
Go get some intellectual honesty, Qazi, Ghazi and Perveen before you come back and tell us how non Muslim we are!
