well, sad to hear that. That person dont deserve to be called Mullah. A mullah is a person who has knowledge of Islam, a teacher.
We cannot call these type of people Mullah. Mullah is a honourable word.
Mosques are for dhikr-e-Allah and not for prancing here and there.
