Just being a hafiz e Quran does not mean that the person is not an enemy of Islam. If his logic is all twisted by supporting killing of innocent people in suicide bombings then he is such a scholar is not the scholar of Islam, but the scholar of Evil.
Islam calls such people 'fasadi'.
