subha ne apna adha chahra khool deya

pahlay mujhay saat zabanaiN sekhlaieN
phir meray hathooN main ik kashkool deya

main ne us ko haal batana chaha bhi
lakin ansoo muj se pahlay he bool deya

qoas-e-qaza see haad nazar taak bikhra de
askhooN ne jo rang deya anmool deya

ankhooN main kon ye sakhi a betha hai
jo be moti rool deya so rool deya
