Planning a lake george trip over the weekend. Anybody up there? Share your experience.
We’ve 20+ ppl entourage so i’m more interested to know wut kinda activities we can do and if there are any links to that?

Getting there is beautiful itself. I think its like a 5-6hr drive from Long Island. Good places to eat, many restaurants. At the time I didn't used to eat zabiha so it was good. They have a beach... Artificial beach but it's better than any other. Clean water. Take some frisbee or something and you have a good place to play. They have steam boats that run in the lake - Mini Ha Ha I think. It just shows you around the lake. Just a pretty place overall.
Also there are many shops to buy souveniers. When I went there, they had a motorcycle rally going on too so everyone had their bikes out. They usually have a little concert that goes at night around 8. Try to be their on s weekend than a weekday.
It's a good place overall, closer to nature, stress free and fun

So we finally visited Lake George. I'll blog about it shortly and will upload the pics as soon as i can.
Absolutely gorgeous place. A must visit for anyone who is in North-east region of NA.
Not very far from Quebec, Canada either.
Best part is the number of activities we can do over there. I so wanted to do parasailing but couldnt. But did enjoy a cruise, drove a power-boat for the first time in my life for an hour (Holy-Cow!!). Amazing experience. Horse back riding up in the mountain. and explored Lake Luzerne which is very close to Lake George's southern tip.
We lived at Queensbury which is 12 min drive from the lake so not bad at all. Again, one must visit it in summer/early fall, its beautiful

Thank you for the update. The gentleman earlier mentioned it was at peace with nature. And also indicated there was a motorcycle rally. Would the gentleman confirm the motorcycles were NOT idling and we're simply stationary?
Did the power boat use fuel?

Yea better watch out.. a lot of bikers gangs.. but the flip side is there were equally rather more than them desis were there as well 
Driving power boat was the best experience… but should i not save anything for my blog?

Looks like you had a good time. Will check that place out if we go near the area. Always wanted to do all the water sports.
Have done the jet ski thing 10 yrs ago. And also rowed boat across lake.

I copied space travel book to do my homework in class 7! My teacher asked us to make hotel menus once she read totalitarian in the excerpt. I did not ask for more marks from my teacher, even though my menu was artistic.
