Do u guys have any suggestions. Chase bank is providing Fianancing too. It says that its 15 miles from Thokar Niaz Baig(which I dont remember, where it is).
But anyway, In your mind, Would property in UAE or in Pakistan a better option.?
Any Experiences guys??

I'm from Lahore and 15 Miles from Thokar Niaz Beg is quite far from the city.... I know Lahore is expanding but still... the road is not that safe and it'll take time to get populated...

Have u seen the Place...Online or on the tv, it just shows that it is being made...even the model homes are not complete..Or do u know of someone who has seen the place.
I dont remember where Thokar Niaz Baig is...I have just heard of it...Is it close to the direction where canal view is...I guess its been a while for me, and Canal view place used to be considered far!!!
