Can someone give me an authentic recipe of lahori chikar cholay which you eat with the samosa. I have tried lots of recipes online but they usually turn out to be a curry which you would eat with roti, but I want the ones you eat with samosa.

chikar cholay are the thicker ones larger chana to eat with naan, boiled egg or chicken
the ones that you are looking for on top of samosa chaat are smaller chana made more curry like.
For chickar cholay I don't use that much onions and lots of grounded zeera and sauf. It's a thick gravy.
For the channay on top of the samosa chat I use the smaller chickpeas and lot of onions.
