I have made Lahori Chargha using Shan Lahori Chargha masala many times and it turn out to be awesome every time . I used an electric deep fryer to fry it instead of following their method of steaming then frying it in a frying pan.

so u saying don't steam just deep fry after marinate the chicken, and how long do you marinate? I will get the shan lahori charga then. Thanks :)

You are welcome.
I put masala on it in the morning and put it in the fridge and fry it in the evening. Or I will put masala on it , freeze it . Whenever I wish to make chargha ,I take it out 24 hours before frying and put it in the fridge to defrost and then fry it after it is defrosted. Never deep fry a frozen chicken. It will keep on bleeding and will burn from the top and will still be uncooked from inside. I tried it once but it was a disaster .
