if u are going to karachi...then i heard that there are kaam walas in Gulf...that can copy the exact same design....

i was in karachi 2 weeks ago and saw that the GUlf mall was completly burnt down......

I also need some kaam wala's adressses ...was it at gulf store or somewhere close to it !!!!!!

any other suggestion except gulf? thanks alot :)

Have you heard of Kehkashan in Karachi - It's well known and apparently they can replicate designer kaams. It's also just down the road from the Gulf mall ( towards shaun circle I think? )

in Lahore there are shops in RANG MEHAL they copied exactly what u give them. my friend told me about this. ad she said its very cheap. they saw some designers stuff in 75 thousand and get it done from rang mehal in 20 thousand or may be 18 thousand.

making the exact copy or better for that matter is not a big deal anymore. I know a woman who makes beautiful dresses and her charges are quite reasonable, even less than 18,000. My bhabi's dresses were all from her shop and very recently a guppy friend ordered dresses for her sister's wedding in Denmark. I will ask request her to post a few fotos here.
I can give you all her number and then you can sort out the modalities with her on your own.

ya i also agree wid it...n i thnk dat in liberty market there is aloot of varaiety available to choose the better n bst....also u can hv some designers wear type copied dresses but the prices r so much high there,,,no doubt work is fantastic.

hi guys i really need help, im in pak at the moment for 6 weeks to do my wedding shopping which includes jewellery, shoes, wedding/walima dresses as well as all my jahez clothes and buri clothes. the thing is i dont have a clue where to start. the cities i travel to mainly is islamabad, rawalpindi and peshawar, i am going to try and make trip to lahore but not certain yet. i need help on where to get good cloth as well as where i can get good kaam done as well good shops to shop from on a reasnable budget please please help i only have 5 weeks left and have done nothing, please HELPPPPPPPPPPP
