What do u think that i am just saying it by looking at her web site or what.Well every one has their own style in clothes so i should have said that it wasn’t my style.But some times i think it fits to say that " oonchi dukan pheekey pakwan".But those who like her good for them.It doesn’t mean that if it says M.B or some other desighner name on the tag it has to be good.I

I'm getting married in march 2007 inshallah in Lahore, going from the UK. Can you please advise me of ALL good designer boutiques in Lahore for bridalwear.

Im from Uk-London too InshAllah will be having my wedding in Lahore as well in April!
There are a few threads you can search for...well there are many threads which have info on lahore wedding...but from what i know, lahore you can go to places in and around liberty, i should be going in Januaury inshAllah to get clothes etc...so perhaps i can bring you back some info by then! whereabouts in UK are you from?

I totally do not like the idea of designer wear. I don't think that designer wear/name brand material is always the best.

There's loads of designer places in lahore to shop, as purplerose has said there's quite a few threads you can search.
for bridalwear i know a couple of people who got their wedding outfits from Zardozi in liberty and they were quite amazing!

heyyy,i tell u some shops in lahore to visit,,depends on ur price range anyway 4 bridal dress there is ZARDOSI ,in main liberty,, also ALI FABRICS, n SAATRANGI at probably on mm alam road in lahore.. also u can hv visit at main liberty market where orders r placed,there is really also gud work really worthseeing,u can order ur wedding dress n also other dresses n there is lots of varaiety available..2nly ANARKALI is other market where u can hv bridal dresses n dat can b readymade...nt bade varaiety but sometimes difficult to choose.try out...

pls do not go to anarkali.......you're gonna only find veryyyyyy paindoo lehngas....MM alam road has a lot of good dessigner boutiques.....such as lajwanti...satrangi....karma etc........Liberty is amazing as well....oh and do not go to saleem fabrics......they have garbage.....maybe worst

anarkali is not paindu.. maybe the atmosphere is, the ppl there are, but you can find some damn nice fashions there..they're just as good as designer stuff

But Liberty has nice bridals. Although, you might want to go to a specific bridal outlet, although It might be expensive. If I had lived there, I would have personally taken you to shop at bridals :)

I was talking about the lehngas not the environment......they werent as nice.......fabric/stitching looked cheap and tacky....but nevertheless i am talking out of my own experience......do check it out.....no harm in window shopping.....good luck :)

think pink, asheez and zardozi in liberty... kashish, another boutique about 1 shop away (don't rem the name) and zia sons about 3 shops away for nice sarees n kaam waale suits in fortress.. thats where i did most of my shopping as i hardly had anytime before my wedding.. went 2.5 weeks before my wedding from uk yo lahore.. however my susraal got gorgeous suits made from some of the top designers in lahore.. expensive but soooo pretty.. but thats if you have some spare time in your hands though..

hello there is one boutique that is great....Labase Khas....i am not sure wehre in lahore it is but very popular with modern designs that people from UK or US will like.

HSY is just the name for bridal dress. His location is in gulberg II...Just next to firdoos market (where bhatti studio used to be)
