My sister’s wedding is coming up (March 2015 InshAllah)! We live in Dubai, so the wedding will be here as well! But since there isn’t any variety in bridal dresses here, we’ll be going to Lahore by the end of October to buy her bridal dresses! The problem is that, we haven’t been to Lahore for the past 20 years so we have NO CLUE about where to begin shopping! PLEASE PLEASE help me out! Can you tell me what shops/boutiques/streets/areas we should go to, to find a beautiful bridal dress? Please help me out We’re all so worried!

Phr ek back bazar mein hy..jo liberty ka bk bazar hy...waha ksi se b u n ask abt Libaas-e-Khaas. Collection bht khbsrt thi..but again vry xpensive. Isky sath b ek hy Jhalak i guess. Wahan b u can see.

And 1 more place, Frtress mein yar apko bridal dress nhy milengy..groom dresses hyn ..gents k hain.. formal/casual/jahez dresses hyn but bridal nahin.
Ek or place em telling u, Anarkali! The most visited place fr bridal dresses.. bhtt variety hy k choice mushkil hy.. yhan ki prices liberty k muqably mein kam hyn thori. Bhtt shops hyn yhan.. ek hy jo hmari famly ki bht purani hy n it hs really good bridal/formal/wedding dresses.. plus sarrees! Its Bano Saree House! Its best!! I got my bridal dress mde frm hre.. ordr dia hua hy. Mre budget mei tha plus bht acha kam.

Depends on your budget. I did most of my shopping on MM Alam Rd. Its close to Liberty market, and majority of designers have an outlet on that street. You can find bridals, formals, party wear, casuals, mens sherwanis and shalwaar kameez. There are even jewelry shops there. I would suggest getting a few magazines before going (Me & My Wedding, Brides and You, etc), so you can see the different designers ads and see whose designs you like the most. That way you can schedule appts with them ahead of time, and wont be wasting time when you get there. I think most of these magazines have a directory of all designers as well in the back.
