than all i can say is he must be a bigra howa S-O-A-B of some ameer or whatever these kind of baap. cause not a ordinary thug can have a proper uniform of a traffic police, fully loaded motocycle of them and can be there everyday… plus other police wardens don;t care what he is doing. AND he has no FEAR of doing so to even a foriegner.

Get his number blocked, and if he still persists from another number.. I’ll get you the number of SSP traffic police and brief him about the case before. Your complain can get him in a lot of trouble.
