Lahore Stories: A homegrown Einstein Tuesday 19-07-2005

Usually, I have to go out looking for stories, but sometimes stories find me. This one literally ended up at my doorstep in the form of a letter written by a self-styled inventor who claimed that once he was discovered, Pakistan wouldn’t be the same again. Intrigued by the claim, I drive out to Shahdara Town, to a kebab shop the letter-writer had appointed as our meeting place.
… Eventually, after I insist that I deserved to know, and he agrees that I do since I had travelled quite a distance to meet him, Abbas tells me about his gadget. Simply put, it is a self-jacking system. With the gadget, a car breakdown no longer necessitates you getting out. Just press a button, and watch your car jack itself up. Truly revolutionary.
I dont know what made it come in the new article, writer really didnt has to write on i guess.
either the gadget is still secret, otherwise a self jacking is not new thing in the world when almost every lory and equipment installed vans are got these self jacks to support heavey machinary inside to be operational.
