yes..due to old name of Chamman Ice Cream....there is always a bigcrowd at Chamman ice cream.....
I think...opposite to Chamman..there is also a big shop of Dahi Bhallai..Channai Chat etc etc...also very crowded place ..and people from Beadon Road...Macleoad Road..and Hall road..come here to eat them....
