Couple of news about recount of votes on Ayaz Sadiq’s seat

Lahore High Court has rejected petition filed by NA Speaker Ayaz Sadiq seeking dismissal of an election tribunal proceedings initiated on a plea of PTI chief Imran Khan. 
Another news (on Dunya TV):
RO of that constituency has said that recount is not possible at this time as all the bags of votes of National and Provincial assembly are mixed together

Fraud is as obvious as anything. Court ordered removal of the stay order several weeks ago. It took the election commission weeks to issue an order of compliance. And now we have this new drama. Ayaz Sadiq is a dead duck, and will die before he agrees to a recount.

This would be a test case for the courts, who obviously dont seem willing give any verdict in this case
