One of the main reasons of creation of Pakistan was that muslims didn't have equal oppertunities of employment, education, etc under hindu/british raj. They were treated as 3rd class citizens. .
To my understanding, that's a myth. There was a fear that under the Hindus, Muslims would be marginalized. To lure the Muslims to the 'united' India cause, some even suggested that Muslims be given all key posts of government. That's not 3rd class treatment...perhaps a foolish offer, but not a bad one....
Anyhoo...certainly no harm done, and in fact it's good to see minorities able to get honorable work in Pakistan...
It's a statement of fact...to varying degreees in all socities.
Religion has a lot to do with culture...
But neither religion nor culture says deny the right of minorities. So either way Sikhs, Hindus, Parses, Christian, and other minorities have equal right of employment, education, healthcare, and other benefits from the state. Their faith is their issue and has nothing do with controlling the traffic, teaching at schools, etc.
