However interestingly Lt General Rtd Amjad Shoeb at a program in an ARY program ‘Etraz hay’ disclosed that after an high level meeting where COAS , General Pasha , President , PM were present , it was decided to let the Raymond go and than Rahman Malik took the charge to do the rest .
