Hopefully, it is implemented as patang baaz not only endanger themselves running on roads and falling off roofs, the cord itself has killed many bystanders and motorcyclists for no good reason.

I am not against kite flying per se as sports / entertainment is necessary, but things should be done in a safe manner just like any other sports like cricket is done in a stadium.
