We should definitely attack the bookie circle in India Pak Dubai UK first. But that's for the police authorities.
From the ICC's perspective, they can only punish players and cricket admins who are found guilty. And they have done that.
Regarding the BCCI, I think they did a great job of banning corrupt Indian players a decade ago. That went a long away (+ lots of legal money for indian players) in keeping the Indian XI clean.

I'm sorry bud I really have not purposefully avoided this or any other question. No reason for me to do that. Trust me on that will ya. My presence here is a bit sporadic sometimes. I didn't bother to read all the old comments when I recently posted regarding he recent update.
I don't know what exactly went down. Based on this and various other fixing reports in the ICL I can imagine some players including Chris to be involved. I don't find it very possible that all the players turned on him to be pro-Modi, Modi who killed ICL and ruined the careers of many ICL players. I don't see the motivation. A bit too systematic of a scam by Modi to scheme with multiple ICL players to put all the blame on Chris. I disagree that Modi is still an influential person in Indian cricket or the BCCI.
Trust me I am no Modi fan and neither am I delusional about Indian involvement in fixing. India is a powerhouse of bookies. Fortunately our current players are clean and have been clean since Azhar and Jadeja got kicked out.

and yet the day the verdict was announced you came asking me this?
I saw your thread but having no knowledge of ICL/IPL matches I couldn't say much on topic and followed it up when I saw a verdict in the case which somewhat indicates that there was no fixing involved in ICL.
