I just asked this question in a thread, thought a separate thread might get more answers as well as it keep the original thread from derailing.
I have seen the issue of tackling your man when he is in the mood and you are not being discussed. That made me wonder, when he is not in that state of mind, what do you do?
Just control your urges, roll over and go to sleep? Divert yourself, thinking about cooking, some tv shows, football?
And please dont pass statements like he is always in the mood, he is a human and there certainly are times when he is not in the mood - maybe upset, sad, too stressed, or just not up for it.
Just to make sure the ‘funny ones’ don’t come up asking what I am talking about, I am talking about sex. Thank you.

....it can often be frustrating when your partner doesnt...ummm...''reciprocate'' your feelings some nites. usually i'll just try to be helpful to him and talk abut his day/stress/issues that kind of thing and get him to relax....
Oh my, how manipulative is that! Something women can do and men cant. I mean when a man wants it, he just cant sex it up, nothing a man can do will sex it up - nice boxers, oiling up? no matter what he does, he just wont be irresistible would he?

^well i wouldn't put it like that but it's true. unless he is really down and depressed or something, you can always get your man in the mood.
and hey, he won't even realise it.. he will think it was all his idea and go to sleep a happy bunny :)
