I take multivitamins and i look for ones that have a high content of iron and some zinc

I also take yeast extract (2 or 3 pills a day), it’s rich in vit B and proteines, amazing for hair nails and skin.

cod liver oil is also great for your beauty but especially for your health and your heart

I’ve never seen yeast extract pills…is that what they are called on the bottle?
