First of all…never workout when you’re on your period.
I did.
For some reason, my abdominal area is killing me this month. I get some cramping and back pain every single month (mostly just a lot of fatigue) but I think the workout was a bad idea and just made it worse.
So, my back was sore to begin with but now I have soreness from my ab routine and also cramps. I can’t tell what is what anymore.
What do you guys do for these things? I don’t want to take pills like Midol and stuff…just not a good pill taker. I hate hate hate taking pills.
