Around that time of the month, I have this horrible urge to eat whatever is around me. All the junk (food, that is) I can see, I will eat. I mean i will eat whatever but after a couple of weeks when it shows on my scale, thats when I hate myself
Is there a remedy to it? How many of the guppans experience this? Anything that helps?
Fresh fruits and veggies supposedly ease symptoms of PMS. Thats what "the literature" says.
Mama says. Chocolate - preferably friendly's "forbidden chocolate" ice cream with a tower of whipped cream on top. Steak, lots of it. Medium and juicy. Baked potatoes with butter and sour cream. Anything with gravy. Pasta. Throw in a roast beef hero with gobs of mayo, salt and pepper, some fried chicken and everything will be right with the world.
yep i go through the same thing a week or so before my period...i eat anything and everything and loads of choc! i try to control myself but i just cant help it :( and then i break out in spots! its a never-ending cycle sigh
MM: YOu are so lucky to crave food: i crave JUNK: chocs, sweets, fried stuff etc. :( I drink tea as it is but that doesnt really help either. I am doomed :(
Mamaof3: I am sure veggies are good for me all month long, and I do eat them as salads, sabzi salan etc. But a week before that time of the month, I will eat my usual meals PLUS loads of choc, junk snacks etc. I like it how you make fun of your eating habits :D I wish i could do the same.
Desi churail: Yep chocolate it is! I ate a huge bar of cadbury's choc. with hazelnuts for breakfast on thursday!
