Istihaadah is quite normal and you can still tell when Haid starts and ends because the blood from Haid is darker, smellier, and thicker but Istihaadah is bright red, thin and not as smelly.

How long has she tired getting getting pregnant, normally doctors dont do anything until one year of marriage is over and no kid has been recieved, I think she should just keep trying. I dont really know if its normal or not, normal is once a month anything else is not normal.

she should go see an OBGYN and not a family physician. It is not normal to skip around so much. Book her an appt w/ the gynecologist asap. They would prob. run some xrays on her ovaries to see if everything is ok.
