Last year - late summer - I saw a lot of pakistani girls wearing these long kurtas with leggings. Do you think it’s a trend thats coming to stay? at least for a while? I’m wondering if I should as a few to my wardrobe and jahez.

Kurtas are timeless and classic. If you want to get a few for your jahez, get simple ones with fancy buttons, embroidery or blockprints that wont change with time. Avoid getting the overdesigned ones or the super long or super short ones. Anything hitting a few inches below the knee is gonna last.

i just returned from pakistan, kurtas are still very in and perfect for caused or semi casual use. In the US...i haven't seen too many ladies (not girls) wearing the tights...but more with pajamas or pants.
