Ladies; do they have more problems or they are just more open about them

Re: Ladies; do they have more problems or they are just more open about them

^haha..well then, whats the truth? I have always had to witness that with some of the guys around me. Unfortunately, I become a victim to it sometimes because they think its ok to do it since I won't lash bk.

It's not like they don't have feelings. They do. They also don't let them out, so where do the negative feelings go? pushed under the rug? channelled through a different outlet? bottled up?

You know I admit that it sucks that sometimes us women just rant, rant, and whine. But that does prevent some of us from reaching a threshold and then just exploding. I am not justifying the 'ranting' behaviour but if its done through a proper channel (for instance, in a blog, or with a close friend, or a diary, or her husband depending on their relationship) then what's the harm in it? For example, when I was in university and I would get really pissed off over some issue, I would just start studying..lol, take it out on my books and channel all that negative energy to do myself some good.

My younger brother is the most chilled guy out there but he gets extremely angry at times. He just goes and starts working out. That's his channel to just let it all out without it being built up.

But there are some guys who would just bottle up things inside of them (perhaps so they can always seem like machos, or think that if they cry even a little, they would turn weak :S, or they may hurt the person in front of them). And then they just explode and hurt the person in front of them even more than they would've if they just said the thing at the right time.
