I haven't learned anything from my MIL. She is not here & she rarely cooked back in her days so I hardly doubt I can learn anything from her. Yeah my grandmother in law. Hubby has mentioned many times about how good of a cook she was. I would love to learn something from her.
If my hubby ever asked me to ask MIL for a recipe. I wouldn't be offended. He does mention how salans I make are dry & he is used to more shorbay walay salan. But then he loves whatever I cook. So its all good.
