I have a bag of lachchi (cardamon) powder sitting in my cupboard. I can’t remember for the life of me why I bought it. Any ideas on what I can use it in?

you can add a pinch to your chai or use it to bake a cake.

use it in pulao or biryani? or in syrup for sweets like gulab jamun?
It’s gonna last u a.lifetime. that’s a lot of biryanis and pulaos and chais.

Add it to desserts, kheer/cookies/creme brulee/halwa’s/spice cakes. It’s nice in chai too!

See where you use cardamom in your day to day life and replace the actual cardamom pods with the powder for a while ! it will get used up pretty soon ..
Most desserts taste really good when sprinkled with cardamom powder , specially desi desserts ..
you can also mix the powder with some fennel seeds and keep it on the table for guests .. it acts as a really good mouth freshner as well ..
