what are your views on labour unions.. I see that certain groups have their unions and can colelctively fight for their rights, whereas many of teh things we have are directly or indirectly here due to labourt unions in the past e.g. work hours, FMLA, days off etc etc, so they have done a great job in soem aspects..but sometimes their tactics are bordering on blackmail.
and only soe professions have the luxury of it, they know that their work will indirectly or directly impact life of unrelated parties and would create a political scene..like the trash haulers strike in chicago..i mean they did nto pick up trash for days, the city started stinkin like it was NYC..finally it was resolved.
