LABOUR PAIN RELEIF??

Hi guys,

For those who are due to have their babies, have you guys thought about the type of pain relief you will have during labour??

I’d love to hear from those who already have had children and what type of pain relief they had and about their labour &/or pain relief experiences.

So please do share with us all…I’m sure loads of new mums to be will find this very useful.

I did it without pain relief an no I do not recommend it. Next time iA I'm definitely gonna ask for some kind of relief.

^ is it really that hard to have a baby without any pain management?

^ every labour is different but for me it really was very hard. Contractions are one of the worst pains you can have (my midwife told me a few days after my delivery that passing a kidneystone is more painful but contractions are no 2). Right at the end when I was almost fully dilated and felt pressure to push I litterally felt like I was gonna pass out bcuz of the pain. It went black in front of my eyes. It was too late for pain relief though. So yes, def going to opt for any kind of pain relief next time!
