ruining the food culture in UK. You agree or not? I believe yes they are responsible.

Till 2003 “ethnic food chefs” were among “SKILLED” labour category for work permits and any ETHNIC takeaway could hire such chefs from sub-continent. As a result it was grossly abused and people who only knew the names of ingredient migrated to UK as “AUTHENTIC CHEFS” and started cooking for us. The years of migration of these “skilled chefs” resulted emergence of dishes like “chicken tikka masala” etc etc and they became AUTHENTIC dishes in UK.
I say strickt actions should be taken, and all these chefs should be deported.

The thing is , the minute the big restaurantiers see success, they start compromising on the quality of the food …

^ depends on if you like TINDS & TIDS. For some women TINDAlos are hot, other say no to tinds & tids.

CB: yeah, once they start doing good business, quality becomes secondary thing, and their name sells the products.
