when my younger bro was on the way, my dad dropped my mom off at the hospital and went home with us two older kids! i'm sure dad was thinking it would be easier on us elder two to be at home, but still, to leave poor mum alone to have a baby! its heartbreaking! :/
i'd never forgive my husband if he even thought of something like that. he would absolutely 100% have to be in the room- him and him alone. no mom! i don't think she could handle me going through that. but she'd have to be right outside so she could baby me after i've had my baby haha :p
