I got this major group project for marketing management this term, which revolves around preparing a marketing plan/case for Labatt Blue.
So far, I have only been able to get very little information. I know it’s main competitor is Molson Canadian and that is more or less it.
Therefore, any information would be helpful, insha’Allah.
Mainly, so far I’m looking for qualitative, quantitative, major constraints, and competiton (its types, primary strategies to use against it, barriers to overcome, and competitive advantages).
