^^ both are true. close to my house (infact 2 branches close to my house), and one IN uni...i didn't pick the bank...my 'rents have accounts in it, so inhereted an account too. just that i never bothered making a debit card...didn't need to. i still don't need to. i just spend loads of rokra when i have to buy 500 lb text books.
