can any gunah be bay zarer in itself?i thought any gunah done with the understanding that it is small has the potential to become big. I think the behter part comes where you have only two options and both of them are gunah in which case you might try to seek forgiveness while doing the minimum damage to yourself(chota gunah). that is what i have understood so far.
in any case in your somewhat disturbing purposed scenario you would never get an okay to do minimum zina(which is with eyes). always remember small gunnah snow balls into a big one.
We shouldn't take any sin lightly. Small or Big. Often a big sin can be forgiven due to mercy of Allah, and just as likely a small sin is enough to put out all our good deeds if we treat it with arrogance and feel that it's only a small sin.
Humility, repentance, discipline, rememberance of the Day of Judgement and Allah are necessary elements to keep us from committing sins.
