Ghalat Fehmi is a general term. It can be positive or negative.
Example: My dad's car is the wrost in the neighborhood. ( But to call it Ghalat Fehmi there has to be even worse car in neighborhood)

jbkay ghalat fehmi is something else. jisme apko kisi cheez k baray me ghalat andaza lgatay ho aur ghalat samajh letay ho lack of info ki waja se.
