A tad too much corriander, but I likes it.

In the end I had to let it simmer for over 2 hours as I was watching Enders!

well..im still alive! (that means it wasn't a failure).

I used shan masala pakora mix in lieu of the besan (aside from making the pakoras). it looked too watery though so I added....bisquick baking mix. :D

next time ill follow the recipe and exact quantities..but this wasn't bad for being in such apinch...
