Re: Kurdish uprising in Turkey
I wonder why arabs hate kurds .. they are not non-muslims so it really doesn't make sense to me......
Re: Kurdish uprising in Turkey
Kurds are an iranian speaking people, related to the pashtuns, tajiks/persians, blauch, etc. I think this does motivate most the of the problems their as they do not match with the turks, as well as arabs. Plus, they are an unfortunate yet brave nation whose people have been divided by colonial borders. My prayers and sypathies with the kurds.
Re: Kurdish uprising in Turkey
Kurds situation is very similar in some ways to Baloch.
Re: Kurdish uprising in Turkey
True, but they have been thorugh so much, it really shows the character of their nation, I have got a lot of love for their cause and for their culture and people.
Re: Kurdish uprising in Turkey
^ didnt these same kurds helped the turks to massacre the armenians in WW1?
Re: Kurdish uprising in Turkey
I heard about that. In fact I read that the armenians told the kurds that(I am paraphrasing), you ate us for lunch, but the turks will eat you for dinner. I don't know how true it is, but I read this. Ill find more info on this.
