Hi everyone. What do you guys think of wearing gold kundan sets for shaadi? They’re quite expensive, but yet some people don’t like them as they’re not “solid gold” per se. (Some people don’t even like gold sets with stones but I think all plain gold looks cheap unless it’s worn nicely.)
I went to an exhibition recently and a Delhi Jeweler was selling a big kundan set which was quite nice. I’ll try posting a pic. It was a fake set, Jodha Akbar type. Not something I would wear but attractive. But something like that on real gold will be so costly. My mom said she wants to copy the design on gold but I strongly discouraged her.
So, what’s ur opinion on gold kundan sets! Worth it or not! I liked the one Maheen Karim wore on her wedding!
