Reha, my mom just uses the kulfi mix box and follows the instructions. It turns out really nice. She pours the kulfi in little plastic cups about the size of your index finger. Chills them....and when they've set.....she inserts popsicle sticks. They stay in the freezer in those cups and whenever anyone wants a kulfi stick....they simply run the cup under warm water....and the kulfi comes out easily.
