a complete pass time drama with no sir pair.....shuru main acha ja raha tha per its more of a joke now.....the acting is just okiesh nothing good.

This drama is so inconsistent, one minute Mujtaba was all friendly with Denise and next he is rude again. And he supposedly came to America but they showed turkish flag repeatedly.
The whole engagement thing and sanam's character is bizarre too. Feels like the director and editing team was high during production process..

why is mujtaba suddenly looking and acting like asher now?
this was very nice so far side by side of humsafar since we got to see how diverse fawad was able to be, playing two different roles perfectly.
in this ep, he seemed more like asher

I don't think he came across as Asher in this episode scratching head Fawad is playing Mujtaba the bumbling guy really well who can't figure out how to talk to Daneez properly. To me they are two totally different characters.

stopped watching this 4 weeks back. anything interesting happening?? btw i hated Ms Baloch in this drama! she just wasnt the right fit for the character. She lacks the confidence and personality you'd expect from a manager and then there's the language barrier too.
i think she does a superb job playing desi, lower/middle class characters and should continue doing those, otherwise she is compromising the quality of her work. She can't converse in English which is nothing to be embarassed about as 80% of pakistanis can't either, so I wish she wouldn't take up roles where the script demands that she communicate in english. It's like me signing up for a sindhi drama! Another thing I find lacking in her acitng is a strong character presence. She acts well but lacks the kind of presence and personality someone like Sonia Rehman has. Maybe it's something she will develop with age...

the background music used to sound so familiar and now it finally dawned on me it was taken from 'cruel intentions' , this drama seems to be loosely based on the movie! makes sense now! mujtaba is playing reese witherspoon's character :P

I completely AGREE with you Doree! I think she's a great actress but has her limitations and should not be cast as a "foreign born/raised" girl. She cannot pull it off from language to the clothes they make her wear.

I think Aisha Khan has done a really good job on her American accent!
The background music is by The Verve (Bittersweet Symphony) ... I like it. It adds mystery!

If you have seen it, you will immediately see the similarities especially in the first half of the drama, it had Sarah Michelle Gellar, Selma Blair and Ryan Phillips besides Reese W, two very rich bratty teens make a bet about seducing a goody two shoes (a virgin, who wants to wait until love), things don't really go as planned...as I said loosely based on the movie :P but Aisha khans character is spot on!

I hate Kiran's family. They treat her so badly :( I really liked the scene with Mujtaba and Kiran. And Aisha has done a really good job with her American accent.
I wonder how this drama will end...
