does anyone know when this model is coming out?

it seems pretty sweet! but its probably pretty expensive :bummer:

anyhow, any other recommended phones for the avg user?

Its supposed to being coming out the last half of 2006 in the US, which is pretty much anytime now. It is coming out at the same time as the RIZR, and the new RAZR Maxx. I'm not sure about the price, but I heard its in the RAZR price range.

unfortunately i have cingular and they seem to be the last ones to come out with the cool stuff, and i need a new phone soon :bummer:

Actually historically it was Verizon with the old boring phones. I guess they must've a new marketing director now.

buy an unlocked version and slip in your sim card..voila

The GSM version is coming out soon, so Cingular should be getting it. The only difference is that it will be blue and the camera will be 2 megapixels (compared to 1-something on the Verizon one).

Pir sahib, verizon is not GSM, so u can't do the slip-sim technique :p

thanks for the suggestions guys

but the KRZR is ridiculously expensive unlocked and all that and cingular doesn’t even have an idea of when its oming out (some of them don’t even know what it is :rolleyes: )

butthis is supposed to be out for cingular in mid-november…i think i can hold off until then :love: its soooo pretty
